Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of 03/24/2023, by and between “Power On Utility Concierge”, a Texas corporation, with its principal place of business at 465 W President George Bush Hwy STE 103 Richardson TX 75080 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and the “Affiliate”.
WHEREAS, the Company operates a business that assists customers with setting up utility services for their new homes; and
WHEREAS, the Affiliate wishes to refer potential customers to the Company and earn a commission for successful referrals;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises set forth herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
Referrals
The Affiliate agrees to refer potential customers to the Company who may be interested in the Company’s services. The Affiliate will only refer potential customers with their prior consent and shall provide the Company with the necessary contact information to follow up with the potential customers.
Commission
The Company shall pay the Affiliate a 20% commission on the net revenue received by the Company from each customer referred by the Affiliate that results in a successful setup of utility services. Commission payments shall be made on the 15th of each month for the previous months collected revenue.
Tracking and Reporting
The Company shall provide the Affiliate with a unique tracking link or code to track and identify the Affiliate’s referrals. The Company shall provide the Affiliate with monthly reports detailing the number of referrals.
